Rogue Distillery and Public House

Rogue Distillery and Public House Rogue Rum is handcrafted in 567 litre grundies using Hawaiian cane sugar, Champagne yeast, and Free Range Mountain water. Each batch is double distilled in a process that allows lower grade alcohols to be extracted. Any impurities are then removed through a hand charcoal filtering process that delivers a smooth crisp taste that measures 80 proof. The White Rum is mellowed in Oak barrels and the Dark Rum is aged in charcoaled Oak Bourbon barrels from the Jack Daniels Distillery in Tennessee.

  Dark Rum
Deep amber in color. Toffee, stemmy oak, and nutmeg aromas... sweet and sour medium-bodied palate with toffee, roasted nuts, and spice. Finishes with a nutty, spicy fade and peppery alcohol.
  Hazelnut Spice Rum
Toasted Hazelnut flavor with orange overtones and rich vanilla scents mingled with cinnamon and clove. Made from toasted Oregon Hazelnuts, Orange peel, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon, and Clove.
  Spruce Gin
Rogue Spirits has made the first ever Spruce Gin, made from 14 ingredients.
  White Rum
Clear with a faint straw cast. Jumbled cotton candy and lower alcohol aromas are prosecco-like. A soft brisk entry leads to a dryish light-to medium-bodied palate with butter cream and peppery spice flavors. Finishes quickly with a hot, peppery, vanilla fudge fade. An unusual assortment of flavors that might add a radical twist to conventional cocktails.
