Marterella winery is located in the heart of Virginia Horse & Wine Country, just North of Old Town Warrenton. It is a lifetime dream-come-true . Our focus is to be a boutique producer of high quality, premium Virginia wines specializing in small lot production. The tasting room is nestled in the middle of the 8 acre vineyard (Falcon Glen Vineyard) which is currently planted in Cabernet Franc, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Petit Manseng, Vidal Blanc, and Chambourcin.

Directions
Marterella Winery was shut down by court order on June 10, 2011 by Judge Parker in Virginia 20th District Circuit Court. An original bond of $5000 that was granted by Judge Parker that was required to be posted by April 12 was increased to $105,000. We were never able to enter the original bond due to no final order being entered by the plantiff. We are now closed to the general public and all signage on the highways and all internet postings were instructed to be removed and updated to reflect our closing.
