Texoma Winery is a family owned and operated commercial winery located one hour northeast of Dallas and only a Texas sized stones throw from the Texas-Oklahoma border. We operate small, but think big-- our current capacity is 2,500 gallons or approximately 1,000 cases. Texoma Winery is the home of the Texas Tasting™ brand. Our wine is developed specifically for the tastes of the Texas wine and beer drinker. The Texas Tasting™ label features Red, White, & Merlot... Wine ain't ever been this good! Texoma Winery offers other white wines under its Whispering Willow™ label and other red wines under its Sublime Wine™ label. Specialty and limited edition wines are bottled under our exclusive Bob White's Quail Tail™ label. Weekends - 11am to 5pm.

Directions
From Dallas, Texas: Take Interstate 75 North past McKinney. Exit 121(Bonham). Turn left on to 160, heading towards Whitewright. In Whitewright turn onto Hwy 69 North heading towards Bells, Texas. Approximately 1 mile outside Whitewright turn left on FM 697. Travel 6.5 miles turn right on Judge Carr Road (you will see the sign for the Winery) and left at the top of the hill into the Winery. From Sherman, Texas: Take Hwy. 11 east to Tom Bean. Turn left on FM 2729. Travel to FM 697, turning right on FM 697. Travel an additional 2 miles turning left on Judge Carr Road (you will see the sign for the Winery). At the top of the hill turn left into the Winery.

Texas Tasting™ MERLOT
Texas Tasting™ MERLOT in addition to its deep color, exhibits aromas of plums and black cherries. Soft tannins support a well-rounded mouth feel and strong finish. These results were realized with over 12 months of oak barrel aging. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, all red pasta sauces as well as selected butter/cream sauces. Our MERLOT is best served at cellar temperature of 60-65° F.

Texas Tasting™ RED
Texas Tasting™ RED is a sweet non-varietal blend. It’s fruit flavors and overall balance pairs well with barbecue and Tex-Mex dishes. In the hotter weather, Texas Tasting Red can serve as an excellent base for Summertime Sangria.

Texas Tasting™ WHITE
Texas Tasting™ WHITE is a sweet non-varietal white wine made from Texas High Plains Muscat Canelli. This wine bursts with fruit aromas. Supporting a soft finish, Texas Tasting White compliments a variety of chicken and shellfish dishes. It can also be enjoyed with any number of light desserts. It is best served chilled 40-50° F.

Whispering Willow Chenin Blanc
Whispering Willow Chenin Blanc is off-dry white wine exhibiting fruit aromas and flavors from apricot to green apple. It is well balanced, delivering a medium finish. It pairs extremely well with chicken, turkey and pork. It can also be enjoyed as a cocktail beverage. Serve chilled 50-55° F.
