Trousseau Gris
Mutated version of the Trousseau grape found in the Jura region of France. Thought to be the grape misleadingly known as the Grey Riesling in California although it has no relationship with the Riesling cepage. Something of a mystery grape, it may also be the variety known as Bastardo in Portugal and Cabernet Gros in Australia.

Dover Canyon is an artisanal microwinery in Paso Robles, California, specializing in Zinfandel and Syrah. We also produce small quantities of Viognier, Roussanne, and Rhône blends, as well as extremely limited bottlings of Bordeaux-style wines. Our estate vineyard zinfandel is head-trained and dry farmed. We purchase fruit from carefully selected Paso Robles vineyards, primarily from the Willow Creek, Templeton Gap, and Adelaida microclimates.
