Our Apple Wine is fair colored and made from a variety of apples. It's pronounced citrusy flavor of grapefruit and lemon is followed by the mildly sweet taste of apples.
Treat the Dry Blueberry as a Chianti Classico and the Demi as a traditional California Red.
Our Cranberry is a seasonal wine and can best be described as gently tart, but with a dry finish.
  Orchard Blush
Orchard Blush: Rose wines are often produced by combining a small amount of finished red wine into a finished white wine. That's exactly what we did to produce Orchard Blush, the 80-20 combination of our Apple and Blueberry wines makes for a gustatory and visual delight.
Use the Dry Pear in place of the usual Chardonnay or Chablis. The Demi Pear is for those that appreciate the Dry but wish for a half-sweet, smooth finish
  Raspberry Rain
Our Raspberry Rain is Winterport Winery's only dessert style wine.
  Spring Fever
Spring Fever: Winters are long in Maine - some say they're too long. So to celebrate spring now or anytime, we have created Spring Fever, an apple-strawberry wine that has a citrus component to it.
Our Strawberry Wine is quite unlike any sticky, surgary, fruit wine that is produced in the hollers of Appalachia. It has a tawney-port color and possesses an earthy, smoky character.
  The Flying Dutchman
The Flying Dutchman is the first in our schooner series of wines dedicated to the shipping industry which thrived in Winterport at the turn of the 19th century
