Aurora Corona
This is a sem-sweet dessert wine with a touch of natural carbonation that comes from producing this wine in the champagne style. Aromatic, enticing nose of green apples and white flowers.

Cabernet Franc
The nose opens with sweet, dark fruit aromas rounded out with a hint of vanilla and oak. The black cherry, blackberry and blueberry aromas carry throught the palate.

Chardonnay
Fermented and aged in all French and Virginia oak barrels yielding a full bodied chardonnay. Honeysuckle aromas on tropical citrus flavors, and a little vanilla on the edge.

A Vidal Blanc made in Virginia's dessert style of, late-harvested grapes. Classic floral with a fruity up-front nose. The finish is of sweet pineapple and ripe peach.

Norton
Based off of last year's awarding winning wine this wine is a deeply robust-colored and full-bodied wine. Vibrant, aromatic lilac nose, combines black fruit, oak and light cummin spice. In 1873, at the Vienna Universal Exhibition in Austria, a panel of international judges declared Norton "the best red wine of all nations". We recommend you try this wine rack of lamb.

Riesling / Vidal Blanc
This wine is a perfect match of acidity and sweetness. The bold fruit flavors that are typically associated with Riesling wines are enhanced by the mild sweetness of 3% residual sugar. This wine offers rich apricot aromas with honey flavors on the palate. We suggest serving it with asian cuisine, spicy garlic shrimp and poultry.

Rooster Red
This Cuvee is superbly balanced for such a young wine tasting of black cherries, red berries, earth and spice. This wine is light and invigorating.

Seyval Blanc
Seyal Blanc is a fruity and moderately dry. In order to capture its freshness and flavor, we give the wine a slow, cool fermentation.

|
|
|
Tres Blanc
This Cuvee is similar to a dry Riesling. The blending of Chardonny, Riesling, and Vidal makes this white wine feel rich, mouth filling and has fruity tines of rip sweet peach.
