The Schnebly Redland's Winery team is a constantly growing, hard working family of good people. The owners Peter and Denisse Schnebly (at right) have been living in working in South Florida for over 10 years. They are dedicated to improving South Florida and especially the Redland's area. Our retail manager Kathy Ledford (below, at left) was born in raised in Homestead. She handles all of the wine tastings and retail sales. Grant Walker is our webmaster and president of Liqwid Technologies. He is very active in the community and has lived here for over 20 years.

Carambola Oak Wine
This is our newest wine. It's crafted by taking our already popular Carambola wine and aging it in French oak. The result is a smooth and sophisticated wine that exceeded our expectations. The new label design is still in progress, but we have gotten so much positive feedback from the tastings we've done that our VIP members have been asking us to release this wine early. Enjoy!

Carambola Wine
Also known as the star fruit, this tropical fruit is known around the world for its exotic shape and crisp, juicy flavor. The aroma of this wine is similar to that of a typical pinot grigio, yet has a silky, cleansing-to-the-palate distinction. It's sweet after-taste balances out the acidity, producing a smooth, carefree wine.

Guava Wine
A nice rosea. This sweet wine is a good table wine. It is light bodied, refreshing and full of flavor. Goes well with rice dishes.

Lychee Wine
This South Floridian favorite is crafted from the Asian fruit Lychee. It has a very distinctive bouqet. When you open this wine, you know it's a Lychee wine.

Mango Wine
This dry wine compares to a white zinfandel. Pairs nicely with pasta, pork and fresh fruit.

Passion Fruit Wine
Distinctively unique, this is our most diverse wine. It has a wonderful lingering finish. Great to enjoy with rich chocolate deserts and cheesecakes.
