The Savannah Craft Brew Fest is the area's much-anticipated opportunity to experience a two-day festival devoted to the craft brew lover. Meet brewers from across the U.S. while tasting premium craft beer on beautiful Savannah Harbor.
The 2010 Savannah Craft Brew Fest will be held on Labor Day Weekend, on September 3-4. On Friday, September 3 at the Craft Brew Pairings Dinner, enjoy the tastes of great Lowcountry cuisine while sampling craft brews that have been chosen to enhance the flavor. This event will feature the best of Southern cuisine and craft brews from across the U.S.
The Savannah Craft Brew Fest will take place on Saturday, September 4 and will feature more than 120 different craft brews. Overlooking the Savannah River and beautiful Historic Savannah, this outdoor event will be held on the Esplanade at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center.

Wheat Ale
As the name would suggest these are ales that use a proportion of wheat in the mash to add a protein haze. Wheat ales, inspired by the German weizen tradition were popular before prohibition in the US and are enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Virginia Wine Festival

Begun in 1975 by an industrious group of grape-growing individuals calling themselves the Virginia Wine Growers Association, the festival began as a way to introduce and educate the populace about the merits of Virginia wine. Since those early beginnings, Virginia has grown in stature to become the 5th state in US wine production, and the Virginia Wine Festival has grown to become the #1 tasting event in Virginia-featuring over 400 varieties of wine, paired with gourmet food offerings, a juried arts show, and unbeatable musical entertainment.

Laurel Glen is divided into three regions: Sonoma Mountain Estate Cabernet, California Heartland reds, and Argentine old vine cabernet and malbec from the province of Mendoza. Each region is comprised of two wines: special lot selection and vineyard blend. Vineyards are sustainably farmed and winemaking is traditional and non-interventionist. All Laurel Glen wines reflect their vineyard origins, and are consciously made to favor depth and complexity over fruit-forward expression.
