Chambourcin Rosé

Chambourcin Rosé Wine Details
Price: $9.00 per bottle

Description: Bursting with red berry fruit and displaying an incredibly unique, crisp finish, this seemingly unassuming blush wine is startlingly complex. This rosé is great with spicy foods such as Szechwan or Cajun. We feel that rosé can only be made from 100% red grapes and follow this model using 100% Chambourcin ( 2% residual sugar ). And the color is classic French!

Varietal Definition
Chambourcin:
A french-american hybrid used to make red wines with fruity flavors and some herbaceousness. Grown in the cooler regions of Eastern U.S. and Canada. Decreasing acreages also found in Europe; due to stringent European Union rules these varieties cannot be blended with traditional varieties.
