Description: The Semi-dry Johannisberg Riesling, presenting a light golden hue, shows a fruitier less mineral character than the dry Riesling. The bouquet is dominated by ripe fruity aromas of melon, pear and pineapple. The mouthfeel is very pleasant with a good balance between the residual sugar and the acidic backbone typical of Riesling with a long finish. This Semi-dry Riesling is very enjoyable with spicy food or just on its own.
