Loyal fans of Eye of the Swan through the years just can`t get enough of this wine. What started out as sentimental wine is turning into a house favorite! So named because the color of this wine reminded August Sebastiani of the black swan`s eye, this wine was first produced back in the mid-70`s. The unmistakable pink/coppery color of this wine is outstanding. The nose is filled with cherry aromas with touches of bread or yeast. This medium-bodied wine is very crisp with just a hint of sweetness. It is a classic, Blanc de Noir style wine to be enjoyed in its youth. It adapts to a wide variety of foods, but is best paired with Thai and Asian foods. Serve slightly chilled.
