Hidden Brook Winery

Hidden Brook Winery One of Virginia’s newest wineries, Hidden Brook is located seven miles north of Historic Leesburg, off Route 15. Come and enjoy fine American wine in our Early American-style log winery that opened for tastings in September, 2002. Guests are invited to taste our variety of nine wines and relax by a cozy fireplace or on the deck overlooking the vineyards and mountains. Hours: We are open 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

Directions
From Washington, DC: take I-66 west to the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267). Continue past Dulles Airport through the toll gates to the Dulles Greenway (toll required). Continue to the end of the Greenway (approximately 13 miles), and take the Route 15 North exit. Go 8 miles from Leesburg Corner (Route 15 & Route 7). Turn right onto Spinks Ferry Road at the sign for wine tours. Continue approximately one mile, and bear left at the gravel road. Proceed 1/2 mile and look for our sign on the right.

  Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in oak. This medium bodied Cabernet captures currant and blackberry. Serve with steak, venison, and for the decadent, dark chocolate.
  Chambourcin
This unique French-American hybrid is our flagship wine. Serve with spicy foods, i.e. Mexican or Thai. Pairs excellent with chilli and perfect for an evening by the fire place.
  Chardonnay
Bright gold in color and aged in oak. Full-bodied with subtle hints of apple and grapefruit with a buttery finish. Serve with chicken or seafood.
  Late Harvest
Frozen, estate-grown Vidal Blanc grapes were pressed to produce this white wine, similar to an ice wine.
  Merlot
Deep garnet in color and ripe with plum and cherry notes. Finishes smooth and pairs well with red meat, especially filet mignon.
  Reserve Table Wine
A blend of Chardonnay, Muscat, and Vidal Blanc. Light gold in color with hints of apricot, honey, and vanilla. Excellent companion with fish, especially salmon or artic char.
  Rosé
This is a blend of Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc. Serve with cheese and crackers, goes especially well with brie over green apples. Perfect for a picnic or a relaxing evening on the deck.
  Sweet Amber
Our dessert wine is made in the style of an ice wine from Merlot. Goes especially well with milk chocolate or serve as a desert by itself.
  Vidal Blanc
Medium yellow-gold hue with a fruity bouquet of citrus and pear, with a peppery finish. Serve with pork tenderloin, garlic-sauteed shrimp or scallops, crab cakes and is also great with salad.
