  Peltier Station Cabernet Sauvingnon
With a dark ruby red color, this wine presents aromas of green pepper followed by an explosive mid-pallet of raspberry and blackberry flavors, finishing with perfectly well-balanced tannins. When the final flavors seeps away in your mouth, you’re left with a lingering coating of dark chocolate. This Cabernet Sauvignon will pair beautifully with a juicy rib eye steak, a succulent roast leg of lamb or a hearty pasta dish.
  Peltier Station Petite Sirah
94 points; Best of Class; Best of Region (California State Fair - 2006). This wine has a dark and magenta / purple appearance. Hints of lilac are on the nose with a general pallet of caramel, pepper, and earth. The Petite Sirah has moderate astringency and a long lasting smooth finish. Open a bottle and wait for approximately 10 minutes before the first pour to aerate properly.
  Peltier Station Viognier
The Viognier, with its floral notes, seems to blend best with aged cheese but you can certainly take this wine anywhere from aperitif to dessert. This wine has a bright platinum color and exhibits luscious floral, rich fruity aromas and flavors that suggest fried banana and a tropical tone down at the finish. Full-bodied, but a perfectly balanced acid structure makes it accessable and enjoyable for all palates.
  Peltier Station Zinfandel
This is not your average Zin! It starts off with subtle hints of cherry and berry aromas which explode onto your palate to highlight the berry families presence. Enhanced with white pepper, exotic spices and balanced tannins, the finish is covered with black licorice notes, lingering for minutes. Try blue cheese or rich foie gras with our intense 2006 Zinfandel. Smoked meats will release the spices outlining this wine, while a sweet fig jam and Brie cheese will entertain even your post dinner desire.
