  Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied red grape known for its rich color and peppery nature. Moderate tannin levels give Cabernet Franc smooth drinkability. This Cabernet Franc was produced exclusively with high quality Virginian Cabernet Franc grapes and aged in partial oak forseven months.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon berries are known for their small size, thick skin, and black color. The high tannin and alcohol content reacts well with oak maturation. This Cabernet Sauvignon was produced exclusively with high quality Virginian Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in partial oak for seven months.
  Meritage
Introduced in 1988 by American vintners, the name Meritage (a combination of the words merit and heritage) was established to properly denote a well crafted New World red wine whose blended composition contains the traditional Bordeaux varietals. This Meritage was produced with high quality Virginian Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in partial oak for seven months.
  Merlot
The name Merlot is believed to be derived from the Occitan language spoken in rural areas of southern France. The Occitan word Merlot is translated as young blackbird, an animal whose color is similar to the black fruit produced by Merlot vines. This Merlot was produced exclusively with high quality Virginian Merlot grapes and aged in partial oak for seven months.
  Traminette
Derived from the Gewürztraminer grape, Traminette was bred in 1965 through the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station at Cornell University. Although similar in flavor and bouquet to its Gewürztraminer parent, Traminette is more resistant to disease and hardier during bouts of inclement weather. This Traminette was produced exclusively with high quality Virginian Traminette grapes.
