Fidelitas

Fidelitas It’s just wine. Just wine crafted by one of Washington’s most-respected winemakers—a guy who knows just about every vineyard site in the region like the back of his hand. Just wine made from the finest grapes each appellation has to offer—harvested at their peak; crushed, destemmed, sorted, and obsessed over for weeks on end. Tested and tasted, examined and extracted, barrel-aged to perfection—all to ensure the right flavors come to fruition at precisely the right time. Some consider it an optimal blend of art and science. But we all know, it’s just wine.

2003 Yakima Valley Elerding Vineyards Chardonnay
  Boushey Vineyard Red, Yakima Valley
Fidelitas is honored to collaborate with grower Dick Boushey to make a blended red wine from grapes twenty-five years in existence from Boushey’s Yakima Valley vineyard. Exceptional complexity of rich dark fruit, spice notes and a tremendous finish highlight this first ever wine for Fidelitas from Boushey Vineyard.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Champoux Vineyards
Rich, powerful, and big—yet soft and silky, our 2004 Champoux Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is a hearty wine that’s not afraid to show its sensitive side. Created with amazing fruit from Champoux Vineyards, its wonderful texture reveals layers of black and red fruits interwoven with cocoa powder, leather, vanilla, and minerals.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
The 2005 harvest was one of the earliest on record. The growing season’s ideal warm temperatures led to early ripeness and high quality fruit similar to other exceptional warm vintages in Washington. A modest cool spell in early September helped cool down the vineyards and slowed fruit maturation for added “hang time”.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley
Walla Walla Valley’s 2005 spring prepared perfect conditions for canopy growth. During the summer months there was regular sunshine and heat units with little rain that provided excellent ripening late in the season. With having a typical cool and long harvest, remarkable fruit quality resulted.
  eight Syrah Columbia Valley
Eight hand selected and handcrafted barrels of the best Syrah from Washington State reins again with its bright fruit flavors highlighting cherry, raspberry, licorice and has a bit of gaminess.
  m100 Red Wine Columbia Valley
The 2006 harvest had the ideal growing season, consisting of dry weather, warm days and cool nights throughout the whole summer. Harvest began early with a cool spell in September that resulted in slowing down production, which provided more “hang-time” for flavors to develop.
  m100 White Wine Columbia Valley
Flavors of apricot/pear and lemon zest, along with the flavors of citrus, melon and creamy vanilla are a delightful pleasure to the senses. This unique blend is distinct in character as its namesake our Grandma Mary who passes away at 100 in December 2005.
  Malbec Columbia Valley
Mysterious, new, mouth filling and sumptuous. These are just a few superlatives that describe the first Fidelitas Malbec from the fertile Columbia Valley. Rich deep black fruit flavors, with notes of smoke, cocoa and spices. Malbec – our new passion.
  Merlot Columbia Valley
Our 2005 Merlot is a wine of impressive concentration and richness from what could be one of the very best vintages from Washington’s Columbia Valley. Highlights of intense, ripe black fruit flavors create a complex are of mocha, black cherry, and cassis in the aroma and on the palate.
  Optu Red Wine Columbia Valley
In Latin, Optu means “best.” A harmonious, seamless wine of exceptional character, Optu unites three different varietals from the Columbia Valley’s most prestigious vineyards. The result? A tremendously complex wine with black, dense, satiny texture, heavenly black raspberry, cherry and oak flavors...
  Red Mountain Merlot
This 2005 Merlot comes exclusively from grapes grown by Red Mountain Vineyard. This excellent vintage offers great tannin structure, exceptional balance and concentrated spice and vanilla flavors.
  Semillon Columbia Valley
Our 2006 Semillon is blessed with it all. This lovely, well-rounded wine brings figs, apple and spicy floral aroma. Its delicate balance of fruit and oak make it a delightful companion to white fish, shell fish and chicken—all foods light and delicious.
  Syrah Columbia Valley
Step aside and make room for our 2004 Syrah. Spicy cherries, bold jammy fruit, and a hint of moist earthiness come center stage in this 2004 Syrah. Its layers of complexity are backed up with exceptional acidity, mild tannins, and a lengthy finish that won’t soon be forgotten.
