  Apple - Dry
Apples make a light bodied wine very similar to Chablis. Apples have a very subtle flavor and aroma resulting in a delicate wine. With a lower acid content than many wines, the fruit retains it’s characteristics and identity best after fermentation. We recommend serving with pork, poultry, or fish (particularly good with shell fish!) and delicate vegetable dishes or salads.

  Blackberry - Semi-Dry
Blackberry wine is a variety which many of you may have previous experience. With a high acid content, this fruit displays it’s characteristics and identity best after fermentation, in a semi-dry or sweet condition to help offset the high acid. Blackberries have an earthy flavor which makes an interesting contrast to their high acid level. We recommend this wine be served with beef, pork, lamb or red meat wild game.

  Blueberry - Semi-Dry
Blueberries! Many peoples favorite berry. Blueberry wine offers a subtle fruit tang with a hint of cinnamon after taste. With a low acid content, this fruit displays it’s characteristics and identity best after fermentation, in a semi-dry or sweet condition to bring out the berries best flavor and attributes. Our recommended sweetness for this wine is the semi-dry! It is wonderful fully sweet as well, if that is your preference. We recommend this wine before dinner as an aperitif, after dinner as a dessert wine or with most any meal.

  Pear Wine - Semi-Sweet
Semi-Sweet Pear Table Wine. Pear wine is a unique delicacy! Pears are one of nature’s sweetest fruits with a low acid level. They make a mellow wine with a distinct pear overtone and light aroma. We believe semi-sweet wine best resembles the natural fruit sweetness of the pears. The wine is also very enjoyable dry. We recommend serving pear wine with salads, pasta, poultry, fish and desserts. A drier pear wine served with a sweet dessert makes for an excellent contrasting blend of flavors!

  Pie Cherry - Semi-Dry
This wine is produced from the fruit of Northstar, Montmorency and other local pie cherry trees so old that no one knows the lineage of the tree! It has a surprising cherry / almond aroma and a good acid content. This fruit displays it’s characteristics and identity well after fermentation when served at any sweetness. A drier wine reminds one of the natural tartness of the fruit (if you love them straight from the tree!). This is fruit is commonly served sweetened in pies and desserts, so if that is your preference you will best enjoy a sweet condition. We can not recommended a sweetness for this superb wine. We love them all! Perhaps some of each sweetness and you decide! Our serving recommendation would vary with the sweetness you select. Perhaps a dry aperitif? Semi-dry with a salad or shellfish? Also pairs well with pork, especially ham! Sweet with a more robust meal or sweet for an after dinner dessert!

  Red Raspberry - Semi-Dry
Red Raspberries make perhaps the most perfect wine we have ever enjoyed! With a good acid content, and yet a natural sweet finish, the fruit retains it’s characteristics and identity superbly after fermentation. Semi-dry most resembles the fruit fresh from the plant! The aroma is unmistakable and wonderful! Our recommended sweetness for this wine is the drier the better! It is wonderful fully sweet as well, if that is your preference.
