Silver Spur Winery A native Texan that had the privilege of living in Santa Rosa, California on Olivet Road for 25 years. With help from his close neighbors and winemakers he has gained the knowledge and understanding of the wine industry. Now back at home in Texas he brings the styles of wine and wine making crafts from the region of Sonoma County to the Texas Wine Industry.

Pale salmon hue leads to a bouquet of light yeast, rose pedals and cookie dough. Bright citrus greets the palate and lingers along a dry finish with a delicate hint of ginger. Pairs well with Asian food or prosciutto-wrapped melon.

Classic Brut is pale gold, lean and completely dry. Serve it as an aperitif alone, with a selection of light cheeses, or with simply prepared seafood.

Sonoma County’s renowned Alexander Valley, with its hot days and cool nights, infuses these prime grapes with intense blackberry and chocolate flavors. A big, fruity nose and hint of oak-aged smoke. A big beef stew pairs perfectly.

  Chardonnay, Alexander Valley, Simoneau Ranch, Private Reserve
Sourced from the famed Simoneau Ranch vineyard in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley. Brilliant Yellow-gold in color with overtones of honeyed- caramel-crème brulee in the nose. In the mouth balanced Chardonnay fruit leads to nutty flavors from toasted French oak barrels with a smooth and elegant finish. A superb wine with Halibut, Chilean Seabass or linguini & clams.

  Fume Blanc, North Coast
Created from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, our light, dry Fume Blanc is pure magic! Versatile and complex, with notes of citrus and melon, a grassy nose and a soft, smoky finish. It’s an excellent sipping wine, all by itself, and pairs beautifully with Asian food, mild white fish and seafood. Medals received: 4 Bronze
  Gewurztraminer, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County
Has a heady fragrance of rose, pears and papaya leading in to rich flavors of stonefruit and spice. A bit dry, a bit acidic it's spectacular with all manner of spicy Asian foods and a terrific dessert wine.

A customer favorite! Liquid gold in color with a luscious nose of orange blossom. Hint of lynchee nut and tropical fruit, finishing with a long, clean citrus finish – it will take you to the islands in one sip. This midnight purple Cabernet & Merlot blend sources nearly 80% of grapes from the famed Napa Valley. Seductive chocolate truffle & melted black licorice in the nose follow through in taste with a rich mouth feel and a nice long blackberry finish. This long-awaited blend can be paired right now with any beef or lamb dish, or will cellar for 6-8 years. A striking fuchsia color with mint, milk chocolate and plum on the nose. The wine fills the mouth with structured ripe cherry and cedar, and has a minute-long chocolate finish with rounded tannins.   Muscat Canelli, Alexander Valley, Private Reserve

  Pinot Noir, Napa Valley, Signature Series
Bright cherry red Napa Valley beauty. Inviting nose with violet and baked cherry pie with interwoven oak. Consistent taste with cherry following in the mouth. Good acidity creates a long mouthwatering finish. Grown in cool & breezy Napa Valley, just north of Carneros. Would pair perfectly with a rack of lamb.

Our luxurious Rare California Port is satiny smooth and incomparably rich, with flavors and fragrance reminiscent of traditional plum pudding full of raisins and spices, ginger and almonds.   Rosé, California
This is not the sticky sweet Rosé you expect, nor is it a White Zinfandel clone... rather, it's dry, sophisticated, and utterly charming with or without food. Made of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of beautiful Petite Syrah. Our Rosé has a fresh berry nose, plenty of lemony citrus and melon flavors, and is utterly delicious. Serve it confidently as an apéritif, or pair with a plate of Antipasto.

Winemaker Toni Stockhausen carefully blended barrel-aged wines from three great red wine grapes (Petite Sirah, Syrah, Zinfandel) into a beautiful, round, full-flavored wine.
