Tuthilltown distillers are bringing back traditional batch-distilled spirits, producing the only legally distilled and aged grain whiskey spirits produced in New York since Prohibition. The Tuthilltown Spirits line of products includes gins, vodkas, whiskeys, rum, eau de vie, brandy, and infusions. New York's first Bourbon is HUDSON BABY BOURBON, distilled from 100% New York corn.
The company's motto, "Think globally, drink locally," broadcasts the distillery's drive to promote sustainable agriculture and grow in an environmentally friendly manner by working with local farms and actively pursuing a greener distillation process.
