  2001 Watershed Block Pinot Noir
The wine from this block has the most firm, focused structure and backbone of the three single-block designate wines we produce. Elegant and restrained when young, it has a beautiful texture and the kind of grip which indicates exceptional long-term aging potential.
  Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
This wine has had a bit of time to age, and along with flavors of black cherry and raspberry there is a dusty cola/mocha component from the oak. It is involved and complex, with earth and truffle secondary flavors and aromas. The real story of our 2004 Dundee Hills is the texture and structure; the excellent balance of sugar, acid, and tannins in the grapes is reflected in the wine. Here is what our Pinot Noir is all about – tightly structured, with the fruit and acid for long-term aging, yet the tannins are soft, smooth, and polished. Properly cellared, this is a wine that should easily last up to eight years and could continue to age and develop for twelve years or more.
  Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
Although still young, this wine is already beginning to show the earth and truffle flavors and aromas that are the hallmarks of our wines. There is balance and elegance, plus good concentration and length. The toast and mocha of the barrels is integrating well with the primary cherry and berry fruit characteristics, and the tannins are soft and smooth. Properly cellared, this is a wine that should easily last up to ten years and could continue to age and develop well beyond that.
  Estate Cuvée Pinot Noir
For the first time since we began making an Estate Cuvée in 2001, the blend for this wine is entirely from our “younger” vines – the Goosepen, Big Tree, Peach Tree, and Orchard Blocks, all planted in 1998 and 2000. In addition to the flavors and aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and licorice, backed by a core of sweet caramel and mocha toasty oak, the distinctive Sokol Blosser earth and truffle characteristics are already developing. The texture is rich, deep, and lush, with smooth, silky, polished tannins, and the finish is long and complex.
  Estate Müller-Thurgau
Not since 1999 have we done a bottling of Müller-Thurgau. Slightly sweet, yet crisp and bracing, this wine is bursting with the intense floral and fruit aromas and flavors of jasmine, honeysuckle, orange blossom, mango and apricot. It is elegant and rich, yet a core of bright acidity and a touch of sparkling effervescence retained from the long, slow cold fermentation keep it lively and refreshing.
  Estate Pinot Gris
This is the inaugural bottling of our Estate Pinot Gris, made entirely from grapes grown in our nine year-old Fir Island Block. This wine exhibits lovely citrus, orange blossom, apple, and mineral aromas, and a lean, elegant structure and texture and laser-like focus.
  Evolution, 12th Edition
Every new bottling has its own subtle and fresh personality. The 9 grapes tie together perfectly, creating a smooth, layered white wine that can hold its own or stand up to just about any food pairing you dare to serve it with. It is extraordinarily food-friendly, from light salads to the hottest fusion-style cuisine. Regarding the question we're most often asked: 'Were you trying to do this or did your leftovers happen to work well together?' We'll let the success of Evolution speak for itself.
  Goosepen Block Pinot Noir
This is the second year of our producing a single-block bottling from this section of our vineyard. Goosepen Block, named for an (unsuccessful) experiment using geese to weed between the vines back in the 1970’s when this block was planted to White Riesling, was replanted with Pinot Noir in 1998. The 2005 Goosepen Block Pinot Noir is showing beautifully already – youthful power and color, spice, black cherry, earthiness, and minerality, a plush, broad texture, and a long, supple finish.
  Meditrina IV
Meditrina is a perfect marriage of Pinot Noir, Syrah and Zinfandel that’s juicy, rich and full of fruit. Open a bottle and say "marvelous", "magnificent" or simply "Mmmmmmm".
  Old Vineyard Block Pinot Noir
The wine from this block is always distinctively spicy and harmonious, and shows the intensity, concentration, impressive length and complexity that comes from vines that are now a remarkable thirty-one years old. The 2003 is no exception – even at this early stage in this wine’s life the flavors and aromas are berries, cinnamon, hazelnuts, mushrooms, violets, leather and earth. The texture is beautifully soft and silky, with fine-grained polished tannins, and the underlying toasty oak is nicely integrated. Given good storage conditions, this wine should develop and age gracefully for at least ten to fifteen years.
  Rosé of Pinot Noir
Created by the true rosé method (by gently pressing only red grapes, not by blending red and white juice or wine), this classic rosé is crisp, vibrant and refreshing. The long, slow, cool fermentation has preserved the intense fruitiness and delicate floral aromas, and the absence of a malolactic fermentation has retained the firm acidity and wonderfully intriguing minerality.
  Twelve Row Block Pinot Noir
Extraordinary richness, power, intensity, depth and concentration characterize the wine from this block. There is licorice, cassis and a wonderful earthy, loamy character. The tannins are smooth and polished, the texture silky and the finish is long and luscious. While the Twelve Row Block wine is usually very fleshy and rich, the high sugar in the grapes in 2003 (and consequent higher alcohol in the wine) has made the wine even more opulent, lush, deep and powerful.
  White Riesling Dessert Wine
It's here... our 2006 White Riesling Dessert Wine! Often referred to by its many admirers as "nectar from the gods" or "liquid gold", this is a real treat for those who enjoy the sweeter (and finer) things in life. This beautiful 375ml bottle of our 2006 White Riesling Dessert Wine, made in the style of an Ice Wine, comes with a custom gift box.
  Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
The aromas and flavors are of black cherry, licorice and mocha, the tannins are smooth and supple, and the finish is long and elegant. Medium weight, with delicacy and nuance, this is a pretty wine that is truly expressive of the wonderfully harmonious 2001 vintage.
