Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards - Pittsburg

Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards - Pittsburg Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards is a small winery founded by the Sneed family upon leaving Southern California for a new life in Texas. The main aim of the winery is to produce premium wines from Texas grapes grown in Los Pinos’ vineyards, or sourced from other small local growers. Additional goals include the promotion of daily wine enjoyment to the American culture in like manner as other countries have been doing for centuries, and to create a relaxing somewhat old world environment in which to experience the wines with family and friends. To that end the winery is host to monthly themed events that include fine live music, flamboyant dinners, and dancing. Guests can stay informed of upcoming events by checking the website, or signing our Guest Book below to receive our monthly e-newsletter. The beautiful grounds of the vineyards and winery are also available for weddings, corporate meetings, luncheons, rehearsal dinners, or other creative personal & business events. Our Chef Dana can create anything from an elegant dinner to a wide array of light or heavy hors d’ouevres. We hope you all can visit us here in the peaceful East Texas countryside, where the rigid rules of the modern world are not observed. You can sit on the tasting deck, sip some wine, nibble on our Tapas, and watch the vines grow.

Blanc du Bois · Los Pinos Vineyards

Cabernet Sauvignon · Texas High Plains
Cabernet Sauvignon is the quintessential wine grape, and ours is from the best vineyard on the Texas High Plains. With a hint of oak, and a well developed body of ripe fruit, soft round tannins, and subtle notes of blackberry jam this red will leave you wishing for more!
  Chardonnay · Temecula Vineyards
Location, location is not as important as it once was in the wine business. Our Vintner, and our Chardonnay grapes from California, collide to create this sunny, fun and fruity Texas wine. As we like to toast often times; “Here’s looking up your old address!”
  Meritage · Grand Reserve
Los Pinos' Grand Reserve Meritage is our finest wine. The Vintner skillfully created this delectable & lusty blend, by marrying the king & queen of traditional red grape varietals. Juicy rich black raspberry with dark chocolate notes and a smooth full texture, that's punctuated with a soft hint of pepper and oak.
  Merlot · Temecula Vineyards
Los Pinos Secret Merlot Recipe: Baste grapes daily with liberal amounts California golden sun. Cool nightly in Pacific ocean breezes, then harvest grapes from friend’s vineyard in Temecula, California. Add some big Texas know how; remove cork and enjoy this soft richly flavored garnet hued nectar.
  Nebbia · Los Pinos Vineyards
Inspired by the low morning fog that sometimes hovers just above our vineyards. Nebbia, Italian for fog, is our very limited barrel fermented dry white wine! Silky soft, it fills the palette with flavors reminiscent of peaches and cream, and subtle toasty buttery nuances.
  Pinky Tuscandero · Texas Vineyards
Pinky happily tours the back roads on her Vespa, wind in her hair, her cheeks flush with the kiss of anticipation. She is our blushing bride of wines, that we think tastes like sweet cherries with a dash of orange zest! Put a little Pinky in your party. Ciao Bella!
Sweet Cynthiana · Los Pinos Vineyards
Some have claimed that our Cynthiana is the beauty elixir of wine, since it seems to soften small imperfections. Our 80 year old stomping girl shown on the label tends to agree. This red is soft, sweet, and very friendly to all who treasure her fruit. Do not resist her invitation to live, love, and laugh with ardor!
Sweet Rodeo Red · Texas Vineyards
This sweet-tart Texas red wine has become our love potion number 9. One of our most popular and romantic, because like the name implies. It’s sweet, it’s red, and if you drink enough,,,, there’s gonna be a rodeo! Try some at home or on the trail with your favorite ranch hand. Pairs great with the cowboy cuisine of Texas and Mexico too. Saddle up!
  Texas Torte · Texas Vineyards
The Lenoir grape was first brought to Texas by Spanish missionaries. Our harvest was so tasty we decided to make a few barrels of star quality dessert wine. It’s like an angels tear on your tongue, and is scary dark red. This wine is surprisingly plush and is a luscious treat after dinner, or after dark! I hope you’ll be as surprised as I was.
