Our state of the art Alambic (pot) still, crafted via traditional artistic workmanship, produces a distinct, hand-crafted distilled spirit from a variety of high quality ingredients. This is the heart of Essential Spirits, formed by hand by one of France's premier Alambic still makers.

Classick Grappa di Cabernet
Grappa (also called “Marc” in France) is a traditional Italian drink, made from the leftover skins and seeds of grapes used for wine. This is called the "Pommacy" or "Pommace". The Pommace is fermented and distilled in its natural state. The result is around 90 proof and clear in color.

Classick, the Original American Bierschnaps
Following traditional methods of Bavarian Braumeisters, Essential Spirits is proud to introduce "Classick" the Original American Bierschnaps. First, we microbrew our own California Pale Ale. The Ale is then hand distilled, in small batches, in one of Europe's finest Alambic stills. The result is an exceedingly smooth clear spirit similar to the finest Vodkas.
