  1991 Cabernet Sauvignon
This firm, complex wine shows classic flavors of blackberry, cassis, tobacco and olives. Aging in oak barrels brings spicy chocolate to stretch out the finish which is not quite mature. This tannic wine will cellar into the year 2012 and beyond. This wine is made with a blend of our best Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah that were made from 1999 grapes. The fruit is a lovely mix of Blackberry, Cherry and Plums.   2003 Old Vines Carignane
The grapes used to make this wine are from 52 year-old vines, which lends to rich full-bodied flavors. Carignane is the most planted grape in France and the world. It is used mainly for blending.   2003 Sauvignon Blanc, Tank Fermented
This wine was 100% tank fermented to bring out the natural flavors of the Sauvignon Banc Grape. Incredible fresh flavors of Peach, Apple and citrus are prevalent in this wine.
  2005 Dry Riesling
The cool breezes and long growing season of Washington State's Yakima Valley produced these noble grapes with floral aromas of apple and citrus. A light body with crisp dryness makes this a great match for hors d'oeuvres, pate, fish, sausage, processed meats, and cheese. Serve chilled (45-55 degrees).
  Chardonnay, 2002, Carneroes, Napa
The Sangiacomo Vineyards in Carneros, California's finest Chardonnay Vineyard, yielded grapes harvested in perfect condition. This wine was barrel-fermented, sur lie in French oak. Aromas are of pineapple,pear, ginger, baked apple, oak, and smoke. Serve chilled with salmon, shellfish, poultry, or alone.
  Chateau Big Red
For A Knight to Remember Ripe fruit displaying berry, cherry, orange blended with the bouquets of oak, olive and spice. Soft tannins balance this wine, but the finish is still fruity and smooth. Indy International Wine Competition, Bronze (2002)
  Fleur d'Peche
A semi-sweet, floral, light white wine which is one of our trademarks. Aromas of peach, honey and apricots jump from the glass. A nice acid balance makes it very appealing.   Gewurztraminer, 2005
The cool Pacific breezes portend a long growing season for these grapes in Monterey, California, producing crisp acidity and luscious floral aromas of lychee nut and rose petals. It has modest sweetness, which allows it to be served with a variety of hor d'oeuvres, seafood, and spicy fare. Serve chilled (45-55 degrees).
  Merlot, 2004 Nap
The cool nights, warm sun, and extended growing season gave these grapes the breed to yield a great wine. Prominent aromas of cherry, berry, olive, and vanilla American Oak make this wine a great match for lamb and other red meats, pasta and cheeses.

  Old Vines Carignane, 2004
Carignane (pronounced: kar-in-yane; or in California: kar-i-gan) is little-known in the U.S., but is the most widely-planted grape in France. The grapes for this wine were harvested in Lodi, CA from 53-year old vines to produce a very concentrated, fruity, and interesting red wine. The wine was barrel-aged in American oak. Aromas suggest mixed berry-especially boysenberry, cherry, plum, and a wisp of prune. Moderate complexity brings forth flavors of oak, vanilla, butter, a hint of chocolate, and moderate tannins. Enjoy this wine with a variety of game, tomato-based sauces, red meat dishes, and sturdy cheeses. Serve at 65-70 degrees.
  Pinot Gris - Chardonnay
A blend of 65% Pinot Gris and 35% Chardonnay. The blend brings out a nice blend of Apple and Honey Dew aromas. This is a fabulous summertime wine.

  Sweet Ab Ultra
This wine is a Reserve version of our popular Sweet Aubergine. This wine has the same balanced berry, cherry fruit flavors with a rich mouthfeel, but the flavor profile is spicy and more luscious with tones of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The finish is rounded with plumy sweetness. Enjoy this wine with a variety of hearty dishes such as red meat, steaks, game, spicy barbeque, yellow cheese, and other full-flavored fare. Although this wine may be served slightly chilled (55-60 degrees), room temperature will bring out the best of its aromas and flavor.
  Sweet Aubergine

  Syrah, 2003

  Vintage Port, 2003
This wine was produced from grapes grown in Amador County, CA. After fermentation, the wine was aged for five months in American Oak barrels to soften the wines before blending them together for bottling. This wine will benefit from a few years of bottle aging, but the hallmark of this wine is the bright fruit aromas and flavors it offers. Dark cherries, mulberry, respberry, plum, chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of cedar are the aromatic rewards the taster will experience. Enjoy this wine with rich desserts such as cheesecake, cake, tarts, etc.; rich, pungent cheeses such as blue veined cheese, cheddar, etc.; or just sip it by the fireplace! Seving temperature 55-70 degrees.
  White Zinfandel
A medium-bodied blush wine made from Zinfandel grapes grown in California's central vineyards. Not as pale as many versions available and not as cloyingly sweet (2-1/2%) so this wine goes with more foods (and has fewer calories).   Zinfandel, Non-Vintage
